And who can resist cookies?
Especially when they’re not totally crap!
Nothin’ But Chocolate Coconut Almond Granola Cookies aren’t your traditional cookies.
Free from fillers
Free from eggs, butter, or wheat (great for those with allergies to these)
…and they taste good to boot!
Nothin’ But’s tagline is “from a kitchen, not a lab”… and hey, I’m sure we can all get on board with this!
Taking a closer Look at the cookies ingredient-wise, there’s really nothing objectionable. Everything’s pretty natural, just the way we like it!
A Clean Cookie
These things taste like cookies mixed with granola, which isn’t a bad thing.
They’re pretty substantial and very energy dense.
One or two oughta do ya! 🙂
When you first bite into one of these jobs, you’ll find that it is textured but soft, sweet but not overbearing with hints of almond rounding out the flavor profile.
The chocolate chunks provide a welcome contrast and give us a sweet Yin to the granola base Yang.
These things are amazing with milk. Use the moo juice for dipping or for chasing (I’m more of a chaser myself).
For vegans, I might suggest you use a plain coconut or almond milk, as the subtleness of these will not drown out the sweetness of the cookie.
I’ll give them a solid A-.
These things are pretty satisfying, and can satisfy the cookie craving of any weight room monster.
I must note, though, that with the clean ingredients they’re not going to taste nearly as good as one of those big cookies you get at the mall.
Those things are chock full of artificial flavors, artificial colors, hydrogenated oils, and white flour, which give them a very unfair edge in the taste department.
My only other con is the price.
They’re pretty spendy, coming in at $4.99 for a bag (with 14 cookies per bag).
Where You Can Get Them
They might not be the easiest to find, but your best bet is an upscale grocery store.
You can also check out their website here.
They’ve got plenty of info and a store locator, which is quite handy.
And that’ll do it!
Hope you enjoyed!
